CrossCountry Mortgage, one of the nation's largest and fastest growing retail mortgage lenders, constructed a 168,000-square-foot corporate campus in Cleveland's historic Superior Arts District. The HVAC system included 85,000 lbs. of Ductwork, 11 Packaged Rooftop Units, 111 Variable Air Volume Boxes, and 750 pieces of Air Distribution.
New Headquarters and Operation Center for Flexjet located at the Cuyahoga County Airport. The Water Source Heat Pump system included 33,000 lbs. of Ductwork, 55 Water Source Heat Pumps, 2 DOAS Units, a Cooling Tower, and 2 Boilers.
New 80,000 square foot headquarters for the Cleveland Foundation in Midtown. This mass timber framed building includes a public lobby, interactive art space, public cafe, conference rooms, multipurpose rooms, offices, and event spaces. The HVAC system included 30,000 lbs. of Ductwork, 2 DOAS Units, a Variable Refrigerant Volume system with 62 Indoor Units, and a Hot Water Heating system.
This 137,000 square foot addition to the old Republic Steel building is the home to over 600 Cleveland Clinic employees. Geauga Mechanical worked closely with the owner and design team to select an efficient and cost effective HVAC system.
This design/build project was a complete replacement of the HVAC systems in the WEWS Building. The facility includes 2 TV studios, a newsroom, control rooms, and offices. Careful coordination was required to ensure the facility could remain in operation during the renovation.
