This 96,000 square foot warehouse was conditioned by two gas heat / DX cooling air rotation units. Over 200 tons of cooling were supplied to maintain a constant year-round temperature of 68 degrees.
The new 130,000-square foot center will double Lincoln's welding education capacity to 180 welding booths and will include high-tech classroom and seminar spaces. The facility is conditioned with rooftop units, gas makeup air units, and variable air volume boxes. Also, it is equipped with a full building automation system.
