Renovations of Infusion Pharmacies at 16 different Cleveland Clinic locations to comply with new USP 800 requirements. Projects included new CRAC units, HEPA Fan Filter Units, Laboratory Exhaust Systems, and Building Automation System upgrades.
A 60,000 sf complete renovation of an abandoned warehouse into a new medical and dental office building supporting the local county’s lower income residents. This design/build project included a large Variable Air Volume rooftop unit, VAV boxes with electric reheat, and a full building automation system.
This 169,000 square foot tower features 87 private patient rooms on three floors. Most of the ductwork, piping, and wiring was prefabricated and assembled into rack systems in an offsite warehouse to streamline installation in the field.
