Park Synagogue built this new, 63,000 sq.ft. structure in Pepper Pike which included unique architectural features and challenges. The building is served by Variable Air Volume Air Handlers with Chilled Water and Hot Water.
This new 4-story Hall of Administration building is the world headquarters for the Restored Church of God, and is modeled after the Worldwide Church of God’s Pasadena, CA campus. The building contains a large meeting room, offices, conference rooms, and a video recording studio.
Renovation of the dormitories of Borromeo Seminary and St. Mary Seminary at the Center for Pastoral Leadership in Wickliffe, OH. This renovation also included upgrades of the administration wing offices and laundry facilities. The Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system included 172 indoor fan coil units.
