Residential units are served by Vertical Terminal Packaged Heat Pump units with Hot Water coils. Corridors, common areas, and gathering spaces are served by packaged gas/electric rooftop equipment.

Mount Alverna Village is a 110,000 square foot assisted living facility in Parma, OH. This sprawling building is served by a Water Source Heat Pump system, which includes a cooling tower and high efficiency boiler plant.
