Complete renovation of the Austin Hall of Science at Lake Erie College. The HVAC system included a Mitsubishi CityMulti VRF system with 31 indoor units, a laboratory exhaust and makeup air system with energy recovery, and a full building automation system.
Former CMSD school that was converted into a new Innovation Hub including classrooms, meeting rooms, manufacturing spaces, and a prototyping hub. The HVAC system included VRV systems, DOAS Units, Packaged Rooftop Units, Destratification Fans, and Paint Booth Exhaust.
